இனப்படுகொலை பற்றிய மாநாடு -கனடா

The Centre for War Victims and Human Rights (CWVHR) was established one year ago at the height of the destruction of our people and our identity. The Centre has been tirelessly documenting Human Right violations and War crimes which were committed on our people.The Centre has extended its services to over 10 countries. We would like to bring public awareness and commitment from our people to continue our work and to bring justice for our people.

We are organizing a conference on Crimes against Humanity, War Crimes and Genocide, on May 15th, Saturday at Hotel Sheraton Parkway at Leslie and Highway 7 from 9.30 a.m to 2.30p.m. and followed by a Book release on Massacre of Tamils 1956 to 2008.

லண்டனில்-முள்ளிவாய்க்கால் இனவழிப்புப் பேரவலத்தின் ஓராண்டு நினைவுப் பேரிணைவு

முல்லைத்தீவு மாவட்டத்தின் கடற்கரையிலுள்ள குறுகில நிலப்பரப்பான முள்ளிவாய்க்காலில் படுகொலை செய்யப்பட்ட 40 ஆயிரத்திற்கும் மேற்பட்ட மக்களை நெஞ்சில் நிறுத்தும் நினைவுப் பேரிணை நிகழ்வு எதிர்வரும் 18ஆம் நாள் லண்டனில் நடைபெறவுள்ளது.

லண்டனின் மையத்திலுள்ள பிரித்தானிய நாடாளுமன்ற சதுக்கத்தில் மாலை 4:00 மணி முதல் இரவு 8:00 மணிவரை இந்த நிகழ்வை நடத்துவதற்கு பிரித்தானியத் தமிழர் பேரவை ஏற்பாடு செய்துள்ளது.

சிங்கள இனவாத அரசினாலும், அதன் படைகளாலும் ஈவிரக்கமின்றி படுகொலை செய்யப்பட்ட எமது மக்களை நினைவுகூரும் வகையிலும், எமது உள்ளக்கிடக்கைகளை வெளிப்படுத்தும் வண்ணமும் தமிழ் மக்கள் அனைவரும் கறுப்புடைணிந்து இந்த நினைவு நிகழ்வில் கலந்து கொள்ளவுள்ளனர்.

ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் சபையின் இலங்கைக்கான முன்னாள் வதிவிடப் பிரதிநிதி, அவுஸ்திரேலியாவைச் சேர்ந்த கோர்டன் வைஸ், முள்ளிவாய்க்காலில் இறுதிக்கட்டப் போரில் 40,000 வரையிலான பொதுமக்கள் சிறீலங்கா படைகளால் கொல்லப்பட்டிருப்பதை அண்மையில் உறுதி செய்துள்ளமை நினைவூட்டத்தக்கது.
